10. Sekirei (2008)
Episodes: 12
Sekirei is one of the best ecchi anime of all time due to its interesting supernatural elements. The series features both humorous and extravagant action scenes.
The main draw for all ecchi anime lovers in this anime is its attractive and enticing female characters. They have full figures and are well-endowed.
Sekirei is a pretty good ecchi anime for starters however there is only one obnoxious thing about this anime. Making women wear scanty, tight clothing—a common feature of ecchi anime—is one thing; treating them like things is quite another.
If you can get over this, it turns into a cute little anime that you can either binge or watch sometimes as a breather from your daily activities.
Synopsis
MyAnimeList describes Sekirei as follows:
Struggling yet brilliant 19-year-old Minato Sahashi has failed his college entrance exams for the second time, resulting in him being regarded as worthless by those around him. However, the course of his seemingly bleak future is altered dramatically when a beautiful, supernatural woman falls from the sky and into his life. That woman, Musubi, is a unique being known as a “Sekirei,” a humanoid extraterrestrial with extraordinary abilities. These aliens are known for kissing humans carrying the Ashikabi gene in order to awaken additional latent powers deep within.
Recognizing the potential within the seemingly insignificant youth, Musubi kisses the bewildered Minato, initiating a bond between the two of them. This drags him into the high-stakes world of the Sekirei, where he and his new partner must compete against others in a battle for survival called the “Sekirei Plan.” However, unbeknownst to the contestants, there is far more at risk that what the competition initially entailed.

9. Kanokon (2008)
Episodes: 12
The year 2008 saw the release of pretty interesting ecchi anime and Kanokon is one of them. This anime was produced with the express intent of becoming ecchi.
If you want to watch a show that seems to have come from your imagination, you should check out Kanokon. However, Kanokon doesn’t have anything to offer in terms of storywise. Still, I had to include this anime on this list of the best ecchi anime because it’s just so good!
There is non-stop fan service in this ecchi anime and I have to say, it’s on point. This anime’s love triangle structure offers a lot of potential for sexy and interesting situations.

8. Shimoneta to Iu Gainen ga Sonzai Shinai Taikutsu na Sekai (2015)
Episodes: 12
Next up on our list of the best ecchi anime of all time, we have Shimoneta. From the outside, Shimoneta is the anime that I found to be too strange-looking. But my perspective changed once I watched the first few episodes of it.
Filthy language, vulgar behavior, offensive jokes, and sensual feelings are all banned in the universe of Shimoneta. The decency police may even lock you up and jail you for breaking the law.
Do you think everything would work out for the best or would it cause confusion and carnage? Are you drawn to the possibilities that kind of world offers? In that case, Shimoneta is a highly recommended anime for you.
Watch Shimoneta if you want a funny, inventive Ecchi anime that doesn’t hold back at any stage. Shimoneta certainly deserves a shout on this list of the best ecchi anime.
Synopsis
MyAnimeList describes Shimoneta as follows:
With the introduction of strict new morality laws, Japan has become a nation cleansed of all that is obscene and impure. By monitoring citizens using special devices worn around their necks, authorities have taken extreme measures to ensure that society remains chaste.
In this world of sexual suppression, Tanukichi Okuma—son of an infamous terrorist who opposed the chastity laws—has just entered high school, offering his help to the student council in order to get close to president Anna Nishikinomiya, his childhood friend and crush. Little does he know that the vice president Ayame Kajou has a secret identity: Blue Snow, a masked criminal dedicated to spreading lewd material amongst the sheltered public—and Tanukichi has caught the girl’s interest due to his father’s notoriety.
Soon, Tanukichi is dragged into joining her organization called SOX, where he is forced to spread obscene propaganda, helping to launch an assault against the government’s oppressive rule. With their school set as the first point of attack, Tanukichi will have to do the unthinkable when he realizes that their primary target is the person he admires most.

7. Highschool of the Dead (2010)
Episodes: 12
Continuing on the list of the best ecchi anime of all time, we have Highschool of the Dead. I really liked watching this top ecchi anime because it is very entertaining other than the fan service.
Highschool of the Dead is set in a zombie apocalyptic universe so it has a lot of action scenes. This anime does a good job of combining action and thriller scenes with ecchi and fan service, making it quite unique.
This anime has a few hot and sensual scenes. Instead of trying to captivate the audience with a compelling story or relatable characters, it wants them to just enjoy a cute little anime about the zombie apocalypse.
Highschool of the Dead is the best ecchi anime for you to watch if you are also into a post-apocalyptic setting.
Synopsis
MyAnimeList describes Highschool of the Dead as follows:
It happened suddenly: The dead began to rise and Japan was thrown into total chaos. As these monsters begin terrorizing a high school, Takashi Kimuro is forced to kill his best friend when he gets bitten and joins the ranks of the walking dead. Vowing to protect Rei Miyamoto, the girlfriend of the man he just executed, they narrowly escape their death trap of a school, only to be greeted with a society that has already fallen.
Soon, Takashi and Rei band together with other students on a journey to find their family members and uncover what caused this overwhelming pandemic. Joining them is Saeko Busujima, the beautiful president of the Kendo Club; Kouta Hirano, an otaku with a fetish for firearms; Saya Takagi, the daughter of an influential politician; and Shizuka Marikawa, their hot school nurse. But will the combined strength of these individuals be enough to conquer this undead apocalypse?

6. Kill la Kill (2013)
Episodes: 24
Kill la Kill, without any doubt, is one of the best ecchi anime ever made. It features strong female leads and a lot of humorous situations.
I can assure you that you will have a lot of fun watching this anime. Although the show may seem a little muddled and clichéd at first, but once it gets going, its story won’t let you go.
Consider Konosuba or Gintama as a comparison. Both of these comedic anime criticize anime clichés and tropes before turning them into works of art.
Similarly, in Kill La Kill, tropes and ecchi-style cliches are made fun of in the first few episodes. But it elevates it to the level of a work of art in order to stand out from the competition.
The animation quality of Kill la Kill is insane, even though it doesn’t matter much in this genre. In addition to everything else, Kill la Kill is a great choice if you enjoy DBZ or similar action anime.
Synopsis
MyAnimeList describes Kill la Kill as follows:
After the murder of her father, Ryuuko Matoi has been wandering the land in search of his killer. Following her only lead—the missing half of his invention, the Scissor Blade—she arrives at the prestigious Honnouji Academy, a high school unlike any other. The academy is ruled by the imposing and cold-hearted student council president Satsuki Kiryuuin alongside her powerful underlings, the Elite Four. In the school’s brutally competitive hierarchy, Satsuki bestows upon those at the top special clothes called “Goku Uniforms,” which grant the wearer unique superhuman abilities.
Thoroughly beaten in a fight against one of the students in uniform, Ryuuko retreats to her razed home where she stumbles across Senketsu, a rare and sentient “Kamui,” or God Clothes. After coming into contact with Ryuuko’s blood, Senketsu awakens, latching onto her and providing her with immense power. Now, armed with Senketsu and the Scissor Blade, Ryuuko makes a stand against the Elite Four, hoping to reach Satsuki and uncover the culprit behind her father’s murder once and for all.

5. Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru (2022)
Episodes: 12 (Season 1)
Sono Bisque Doll wa Koi wo Suru, also known as My Dress-Up Darling in English, is a rather new ecchi anime but it’s quite entertaining. This anime is basically full of fan service scenes and manages to captivate its audience.
Some people would say that it’s not exactly an ecchi anime and that is true to some extent, however, there are a few ecchi scenes here and there and those scenes are pretty good.
My Dress-Up Darling is more of a romance anime rather than a borderline ecchi anime. I just had to include it in this list of the best ecchi anime because of the popularity it has gained since its release.
My Dress-Up Darling is a must-watch show if you love slice-of-life anime combined with fan service and ecchi elements. Season 2 of My Dress-Up Darling has been announced to be in production and the release dates will be announced soon.
Synopsis
MyAnimeList describes My Dress-Up Darling as follows
High school student Wakana Gojou spends his days perfecting the art of making hina dolls, hoping to eventually reach his grandfather’s level of expertise. While his fellow teenagers busy themselves with pop culture, Gojou finds bliss in sewing clothes for his dolls. Nonetheless, he goes to great lengths to keep his unique hobby a secret, as he believes that he would be ridiculed were it revealed.
Enter Marin Kitagawa, an extraordinarily pretty girl whose confidence and poise are in stark contrast to Gojou’s meekness. It would defy common sense for the friendless Gojou to mix with the likes of Kitagawa, who is always surrounded by her peers. However, the unimaginable happens when Kitagawa discovers Gojou’s prowess with a sewing machine and brightly confesses to him about her own hobby: cosplay. Because her sewing skills are pitiable, she decides to enlist his help.
As Gojou and Kitagawa work together on one cosplay outfit after another, they cannot help but grow close—even though their lives are worlds apart.

4. Shokugeki no Souma (2015)
Episodes: 12
Food Wars, also known as Shokugeki no Souma is one of the best ecchi anime of all time. Shokugeki no Souma brings the ecchi genre to a whole new level.
This anime blends the ecchi genre’s traditional fluff with the mouthwatering possibility of food. Fan service and food together induce captivating foodgasms.
It’s unique the way they inflated reactions to delicious food and somehow turned it into fan service (and a piece of art). The focus on food, the chefs, the atmosphere of competition, and the combination of shonen is really special and unique.
Synopsis
MyAnimeList describes Food Wars as follows:
Souma Yukihira has been cooking alongside his father Jouichirou for as long as he can remember. As a sous chef at his father’s restaurant, he has spent years developing his culinary expertise and inventing new dishes to amaze their customers. He aspires to exceed his father’s skill and take over the restaurant one day, but he is shocked to learn that Jouichirou is closing up the shop to take a job in New York.
Rather than tagging along with his father, Souma finds himself enrolling at the prestigious Tootsuki Culinary Academy, where only 10 percent of its students end up graduating. The school is famous for its “Shokugeki”—intense cooking competitions between students often used to settle debates and arguments. Jouichirou tells Souma that to surpass him and survive the next three years at Tootsuki and graduate there.
The academy’s brutal curriculum and fiercely competitive student body await the young chef, who must learn to navigate the treacherous environment if he wants to stand a chance at realizing his dreams. But is skill alone enough to let him rise to the top?

3. Kiss X Sis (2010)
Episodes: 12
Kiss X Sis might be the best ecchi anime of all time because of how it sticks to the actual meaning of ecchi throughout the show. You might enjoy this anime if you just watch ecchi anime for the dirty content.
This anime has the elements of “forbidden love” between the protagonist and his step-sisters. It doesn’t have a compelling story but it does offer great fan service and fantastic ecchi scenes.
Kiss X Sis also offers comedy elements throughout the length of it. Those scenes were incredibly well-considered, and they gave the anime a mature yet humorous side. That’s why Kiss X Sis is one of the best ecchi anime ever made.
Synopsis
MyAnimeList describes “Kiss X Sis” as follows
After Keita Suminoe’s mother passed away, his father promptly remarried, introducing two step-sisters into Keita’s life: twins Ako and Riko. But since their fateful first encounter, a surge of incestuous love for their younger brother overcame the girls, beginning a lifelong feud for his heart.
Now at the end of his middle school career, Keita studies fervently to be able to attend Ako and Riko’s high school. While doing so however, he must resolve his conflicting feelings for his siblings and either reject or succumb to his sisters’ intimate advances. Fortunately—or perhaps unfortunately for Keita—his sisters aren’t the only women lusting after him, and there’s no telling when the allure of temptation will get the better of the boy as well.

2. Prison School (2015)
Episodes: 12
On number 2 on our list of the best ecchi anime of all time, we have Prison School. I think, at this point, everybody knows about Prison School, and most anime lovers have already watched this show. It is also one of the best uncensored ecchi anime to watch.
Prison School is probably the best ecchi anime that I’ve ever watched. It’s about the story of the boys that were caught doing mischievous acts.
Prison School accomplished something that I genuinely didn’t think was possible. It tells a story with hilarious comedy and extremely hot ecchi scenes while also having a legitimately suspenseful and compelling plotline.
I doubt I’ve ever seen serious and non-serious components combined in such a seamless and natural way that genuinely works on both levels. The combination of ecchi scenes combined with a compelling plot makes Prison School one of the best ecchi anime of all time.
Come for the proper swimwear; stay for a sensual ecchi with a compelling tale.
Synopsis
MyAnimeList describes “Prison School” as follows
Located on the outskirts of Tokyo, Hachimitsu Private Academy is a prestigious all-girls boarding school, famous for its high-quality education and disciplined students. However, this is all about to change due to the revision of the school’s most iconic policy, as boys are now able to enroll as well.
At the start of the first semester under this new decree, a mere five boys have been accepted, effectively splitting the student body into a ratio of two hundred girls to one boy. Kiyoshi, Gakuto, Shingo, Andre, and Jo are quickly cast away without having a chance to make any kind of a first impression. Unable to communicate with their fellow female students, the eager boys set their sights on a far more dangerous task: peeping into the girls’ bath!
It’s only after their plan is thoroughly decimated by the infamous Underground Student Council that the motley crew find their freedom abruptly taken from them, as they are thrown into the school’s prison with the sentence of an entire month as punishment. Thus begins the tale of the boys’ harsh lives in Prison School, a righteous struggle that will ultimately test the bonds of friendship and perverted brotherhood.

1. Highschool DxD (2012)

It takes set at a high school where a mix of ordinary people, angels, and devils attend classes. Highschool DxD has supernatural elements and action sequences that are very unique and interesting.
